Using AHP and SWOT analyses
• Step 1. SWOT analysis is carried out. The relevant factors of the external and internal environment are identified and included in SWOT analysis
• Step 2. Pairwise comparisons between SWOT factors are carried out within every SWOT group and the relative local priorities of the factors are computed
• Step 3. Pairwise comparisons are made between the four SWOT groups. The factor with the highest local priority is chosen from each group to represent the group and the relative priorities of these scaling factors are calculated. They are used to calculate the global priorities of the independent factors within these groups
• Step 4. Pairwise comparisons are made between alternative strategies subject to all SWOT factors
Kebetulan saya dapet nice literature or free tutorial untuk langkah langkah analisis SWOT menggunakan AHP ( Analysis Hierarcy Proces ) but I forget to save the URL. Atau disebut juga analisis menggunakan proses berhirarki. Nih coba yah saya terjemahin pake bahasa saya. Ini saya buat berdasarkan pengalaman selama mengajarkan teman2 untuk skripsi, so I just trying to make it very simple.
• Langkah 1. Lakukan Analisis Swot. Cari factor yang relevant and significant versi Mr. Jarwo Kwat. Dari factor factor lingkungan external dan internal. • Langkah2. Bandingkan dengan Pairwise Comparison dari masing-masing factor SWOT yang udah di cari.
• Langkah 3. proses perbandingan dengan Pairwise Comparison itu masing masing dibandingkan antar unit-unit factor SWOT. Trus tung itung itung.. Namanya kalo di kampus gue disebut “proses NORMALISASI” – Normalization Process. Prosesnya gimana? Bertahap ya, kamu bisa cari di web ini.
• Langkah 4. Ntar ketemu deh nilai IFAS and efasnya. Hasilnya adalah lokasi dimana strategi kamu harus berlangsung…
